This antique Yunnan storage pot dates to the late 19th–early 20th century and was traditionally used to hold water or vinegar. Handcrafted with a distinctive coggle-wheel spiral design, each vessel features a naturally mottled glaze in warm, earthy tones that reflects the beauty of wabi-sabi. Timeworn patina and subtle imperfections make every piece truly one of a kind. Rare and increasingly difficult to source, this vintage pot adds grounded character and collected charm to shelves, consoles, or kitchen styling.
Decorative use only. Each piece will vary.
Size: Approx. 6" wide x 5 3/4" high with an opening of 3 1/4".
Lovely brass base and glass hurricane. Packaged to a tee. The only thing is the glass is a little smudged but I put it in the top rack
Of the dishwasher and it came out great. Well worth the money.
I love it. I think it’s very handsome/pretty.
I bought the small one. I may have to get the larger piece. The leather is masculine and silver medals gives it that feminine touch. I don’t have a photo yet but I like the one that’s with the frame.
