The Kitchen Design for Materials, Furnishings & Decor Package

The Kitchen Design for Materials, Furnishings & Decor Package includes a thorough designed Kitchen with finishes including backsplash, cabinet color, wall color, window treatments, lighting, cabinet hardware, light modifications to cabinets (such as range hood swap or adding in floating shelving), and a design plan and mood board of the materials. We'll meet over a 45 min Zoom Presentation, followed by a round of revisions based on your feedback. The final design will include a 2D render of your kitchen showing the selections. This way your contractor has what they need to implement the design. 3D is available for an extra fee. 

The lighting, tile, cabinet hardware, furniture, window treatments, decor & accessories are purchased through Cottage & Key Design Studio. We order and tracking deliveries to your home. This package is for design only. The cost of any furniture, fixtures or hard goods is extra and will be invoiced separately. 

You can upgrade to 3D for the three spaces for an additional $700.

We also offer a Staging Day, one of our most popular add-ons. This service is a white glove service where our team arrives on a scheduled date after all of the furnishings and decor have been received/delivered to your home. The team sets everything up, installs art, assembles all furnishings, styles the spaces, and removes all cardboard and trash from the furnishings, leaving you with a beautifully finished home, ready to enjoy immediately. If you’d like to add on a Staging Day to this package, it would be $1,500 and you must be within 30 miles of the Austin, Texas area.
