The Full Home Design for Furnishings and Decor Package is perfect for those who are seeking a sense of cohesiveness, coziness, and elevated style in your full house. (Construction design is not included in this package) This package includes sourcing all furniture, lighting, decor, accessories, rugs, window treatments, wall color recommendations, and wall treatments. This is for any room in the home except for the kitchen or bathroom.

Your design plan includes:

• Intro Zoom Meeting (2 Hours) to discuss your design dilemmas and goals for each space. 
• Client completes homework survey for more in depth measurements and photos of each space.
• Designers create a Design Board (also known as a mood board) of the overall design plan focusing on accomplishing your goals for each space. This would include designer selected materials and furnishings. 
• Design Presentation (2 Hours) over Zoom with client to present Design Board plan and selections. 
• Client provides detailed feedback to Designer within 7 business days.
• Designer takes Client Feedback and updates Design Plan and Design Board for one round of revisions per space, if needed.
• Designer sends Client revisions as Final Design Plan. If you want more revisions, they are available for an extra cost.

NOTE: All items we source for you including furniture, window treatments, decor & accessories are purchased through Cottage & Key Design Studio. We order and ship items to your home.
