I had such a great experience with Cottage & Key! I absolutely love the sconces I purchased, but what impressed me even more was their outstanding customer service.
The sconces I wanted were out of stock, so I sent a message not expecting to hear back until the next business day. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately—even though it was around 9 PM Las Vegas time. They took the time to check their inventory and were able to locate another set in their stockroom so I could complete my order.
It’s rare these days to find a company that is both responsive and genuinely helpful. The sconces are beautiful, and the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be ordering from Cottage & Key again and highly recommend them!
